Who are we?

 Mad Family Apothecary is a full access facility. We offer personal medical cannabis consultations and recreational  access to THCA and CBD products. Unlike many “dispensaries” around the country, MFF is dedicated to providing in depth knowledge with the focus on health and wellness. Cannabis can be a path to homeostasis for many people who suffer from a wide range of conditions. We provide to pathway to treatment while also considering your entire medical profile and medication routine in order to insure a safe a calculated approach to treatment. All of our products receive rigorous 3rd party testing ensuring the customer the safest product available. These Certificates Of Analysis are available on our website and copies are available for viewing on site. 

 Our products are sourced from Mad Family Farm LLC, a licensed hemp farm located in the heart of Virginia. They produce high quality craft hemp flower and hashish with a focus on sustainable earth friendly farm practices. MFF also curates other products through relationships built over the years in the cannabis industry. 

What will we provide?

When you enter Mad Family Apothecary you will first notice it is unlike any other dispensary. Calm tranquil surroundings with a relaxed approached will allow the customer take their time to get comfortable, without the pressures of a sales representative. Instead, we offer on-site Certified Medical Cannabis Consultation that will be available by appointment. We will also be working with local and regional health professionals offering guidance on integrating cannabis into existing treatment plans.

Once the customer has received consultation, it is then that they are paired a with one of our knowledgeable  “bud-tenders” to help guide the customer through the available cannabis cultivars and products. There will also be a seating area upon entry where we will provide a wide range of information about cannabis and cultivation including periodicals and digital media. 

 For our customers who want to provide their own medicine, we will also offer cannabis cultivation classes led by some of the best growers in the state, organic growing supplies, cannabis seeds, and plants. 

The Laws?

 We are allowed to operate and are protected by the 2018 Farm Bill. All of our products are compliant under that bill. (We have attached a link to the bill below).

We keep a close eye on the legislative changes that surround cannabis both Nationally and Statewide and are committed to following those guidelines wherever they lead. 

We are a completely legal entity. 

Is it real?

Our products are 100% real. Because of a loophole in the 2018 Farm Bill we are allowed to operate. The difference between us from other state dispensaries is in the timing of testing. You will find our products to be the highest quality of what you expect.
